MINDFULLY PACKAGED
WOWBURGER packaging has been carefully sourced so it doesn’t cost the earth. As a takeaway business, we do require lots of single use items. However, every single piece of our packaging is either 100% compostable or recyclable.
Here is how to correctly dispose of your WOWBURGER delivery packaging:
- Chip and burger boxes, kids boxes, bags, straws, sauce containers, napkins, drink cups, lids, and cutlery are 100% compostable. Simply place in your brown compost bin.
- The foil wrap around your burger can be recycled. Rinse well and place in the green bin.
- Milkshake and Sundae cups can be recycled too, just wash and squash before putting in the green bin.
LOCALLY SOURCED
- All of our beef burgers are made with three different cuts of the finest beef, all sourced here in the United Kingdom.
- Our burger buns are specially made for us by our Yorkshire bakery Fosters, who were recently crowned as the ‘World Bread Awards’ winner in 2021.
- Our hand cut fries are chipped in house daily using the best of potatoes from Maris Pipers to Marquis Potatoes – depending on the season.
